Professional career: Dr Annerose Tashiro has been working with Schultze & Braun since 2004 and is a partner since 2008. She was trained at Haarmann Hemmelrath, Tokyo (Japan) and at Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf (Germany) and Tokyo (Japan).
Numerous reorganisation mandates include:
• Support in foreign matters for German insolvency administrators
• Special German Counsel to foreign insolvency administrators and trustees
• Creditor consulting in connection with collateral and (re)financing
• Debtor restructuring consulting e.g. in the automotive, retail, new energy and chemical sector
• Investor consulting for supported MBO and M&A out of insolvency proceedings
• Creditor consulting in various German insolvency scenarios and proceedings.
In her free time, she enjoys the art of photography and tries to improve her seawater aquaristic skills. To refresh, she loves to be outside do sports.
